You will be directed to my HIPAA compliant patient portal where you can securely schedule your phone session. Together we can determine if my services are a good match for your needs. After the phone session, new clients will be scheduled for an initial appointment where we will discuss current concerns and treatment goals.
Fees and Insurance
Full payment is required at the time of service. I am an Out-of-Network provider for all insurance plans. A statement can be provided to any client requesting a record of services received and payments made. Please contact me to discuss fees and payment options.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or reschedule within this time period, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
